FANS AXIAL-TECH UPGRADE
TUF Gaming cards leverage our tried-and-true Axial-tech fan design, with three fans working in tandem to satisfy the thermal demands of NVIDIA’s new high-octane design. The fan rotors spin on dual ball fan bearings to ensure consistent performance and increased longevity compared to sleeve bearings and other bearing types.

The two side fans spin counterclockwise to reduce turbulence. And to eliminate unnecessary noise, a stop mode halts all fans when the GPU temp falls below 50 degrees and power consumption is low.
HEATSINK MAXCONTACT
To transfer heat into the fin array efficiently, we use a manufacturing process that improves the surface smoothness of the heatspreader at the microscopic level. The extra flatness allows for better contact with the die, helping to enhance thermal transfer.
3.2-SLOT DESIGN
The heat spreader wicks heat up into heatpipes that distribute it throughout the fin stack. The increased heatsink size provides more thermal headroom for the new high-performance chipset. This generation of TUF Gaming graphics cards also feature a dedicated heatsink for VRAM to keep temperatures well under maximum operating specs.
PCB TUF COMPONENTS
Components are selected for TUF Gaming graphics cards based on their durability and performance. In addition to robust chokes and MOSFETs, capacitors that meet military-grade certification make the TUF stand tall amongst the competition. The components are soldered to the PCB using our advanced Auto-Extreme automated manufacturing process. GPU or the video card processor. This parameter determines whether the video card model is AMD Radeon or FirePro, NVIDIA GeForce or Quadro.

The higher the drive speed, the more powerful the video card. HDMI is the digital image and sound transmission standard that allows to connect a TV set, monitor or projector supporting HDMI to the computer via the HDMI cable.
DisplayPort digital connection for the transmission of the image and sound via a single wire at a high quality level. Contrary to the HDMI, this connection allows to connect several external monitors to the computer via a single connector.
D-SUB is the classic (analogous) connection plug of monitors, projectors and other external video devices. This standard is gradually disappearing from the market leaving the space for much higher quality HDMI or DisplayPort (digitālajiem) plugs.
