But sometimes even with the screw turned all the way down, the flame is too high. If the flame can not be reduced to the desired level, the screw must be unscrewed completely and replaced by a screw with a smaller hole, or glue the hole at all with Poxypol (it is absolutely unnecessary). Then put the screw back in and adjust the flame.
All the above is valid for the oven with thermostat. Burner with a tap is adjusted similarly to the table burners. You can tell the difference between a thermostat and a faucet very easily. On the scale of the thermostat are written temperature values. On the scale of the faucet are simply numbers.
Timely clean the burners of the gas stove from the fouling, they are easy enough to remove, they can be disassembled and clean all the parts separately. Burner tops (lids) can be cleaned in a soapy solution and rubbed with a sponge or toothbrush if they are very dirty.
