Furnishings in contact with the hob must be made of nonflammable materials. The laminate panelling and the adhesive fixing it must be heat resistant.
Do not install the hob above refrigerators, washing machines, dishwashers and similar appliances.
If the hob is installed above an oven it must have a forced ventilation function.
Electric hobs
When installing the hob, make cuts in the countertop not smaller than the size specified in the installation diagram to avoid deformation of the structure due to natural expansion caused by heat.
The cooker hob must be connected to the mains using a separate plug and a separate power socket, in accordance with the specifications set out in the operating instructions. Do not connect the hob and, for example, the oven with the same plug into the same socket.
It is not recommended to install the hob above the dishwasher. Such a combination causes malfunction of the dishwasher because of the heat generated by the hob. The electrical elements of the hob often fail due to condensation from the dishwasher.
If the hob is used as a cabinet, a separating diaphragm made of heat-resistant material with asbestos fibre gasket must be installed under the bottom edge of the hob.
Warning! When installing the hood over a gas, electric or combined hob, maintain a minimum distance of 650 mm to the hob along the vertical axis.
Fixing
In order to properly integrate the hob, it must be secured from below. Fasteners, which are a combination of self-tapping screws and special spacer plates supplied in the kit, allows you to immediately attach the panel to the table top. Fix the device in the four corners. Tighten everything tightly to avoid gaps. Complete the process of fastening by returning in place all the previously removed parts. Once the device has been fixed, it is necessary to cut off all the excess sealing rubber protruding from the top with a sharp tool. In general, it is a very simple task to build in this type of equipment by yourself.
Algorithm of connecting the panel to single-phase networks
This option is possible if a wire of three conductors is embedded in the wall.
To install the hob, the following steps are required.
- Use a screwdriver to unscrew the plate on the back of the panel.
- Use jumpers to connect the first, second and third terminals. Connect the phase using brown, black or white wire
- Connect the blue shade wire to the zeros. This is the fourth and fifth numbers.
- The cables for the hob are led to the safety terminal (yellow).

After that, you must mark the inside of the box into which the hob will be installed (simply, run a pencil along its inner edges in order to mark out its interior for further cut-out markings).

In this case, this plasticine is glued to the countertop right near the cutout, and when the hob is inserted into the cutout itself, it will cut off part of this plasticine, which can simply be trimmed with a knife and removed.
But, in our case (with sticky tape), instead of plasticine, we will apply silicone to the countertop.
Once the silicone has been applied, the hob must be inserted into the recess prepared for it, and secured to the countertop with special fasteners.
When it is installed, I once again gently dab it from the outside with silicone (fasteners are not perfect, and in some places, the panel may not adhere to the countertop), which hardened, forms another hydrogroup (the more such hydrogroup. the better).
